1 One Hemoglobin Unit (HUT) of proteolytic (protease) activity is defined as the amount of enzyme that produces, in one minute under specified conditions (40°C, pH 4.7), a hydrolysate whose absorbance at 275 nm is the same as a solution containing 1.10 μg per ml of tyrosine in 0.006N hydrochloric acid.

I love RAW! Friendliest staff and the canine food is great. I have a shar pei with skin allergies and she has been on a high quality kibble diet for six weeks. Her coat and skin look 10 times better than when she was on another (quite expensive) brand of food. I'm so impressed and I will never go elsewhere for my dogs dietary needs! Listens before recommending a change

It is such a wonderful place. To find high quality dog food really helps keep my mind at ease. I have a very picky pup so trying to find dog food that is high quality that she will eat was a task. When I first went here over a year ago, the idea of raw was new to me. I was provided several samples to try out with my little Grace. We had one or two that she navigated to and the rest is history.
